Because our products are created on demand—especially coloring books, stationery, and specialty items—we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To Request a Replacement

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thisischromaticculture@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Replacements are issued for the same item only. Refunds are not provided.

Digital Product Terms

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, personal-use license only.

You may not:

  • Share or forward files

  • Upload files to shared drives or public platforms

  • Resell, reproduce, or distribute the files in any form

Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

Order Processing & Shipping (Physical Products)

All physical products are printed on demand and fulfilled through our production partners. Please allow 9–11 business days for production and delivery from the date of purchase. Shipping timelines may be extended during holidays or periods of high demand.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chromatic Culture Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. Orders will not be reshipped if tracking shows successful delivery. Please get in touch with your local mail carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. The order will not be reshipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, no edits, changes, or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

You will receive access via a download link sent to the email provided at checkout. All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. If you experience issues accessing your digital file, please contact us for assistance.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, physical products ship within the United States only. Digital products are available worldwide unless otherwise noted.
